As the Director of Commercial Sales, the ideal candidate will be self motivated with excellent sales management, organizational, administrative and presentation skills. Their responsibilities will include the management of current high value customer accounts, manage a team to find new business, present to key stakeholders and negotiate terms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking a sales/renewal funnel and assist in closing business, meet a budget and perform against goals. This individual will also need to be able to read the competitive climate and recommend changes to retain and attract business. Strong communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed within a fast paced organization are needed for this position.

The Small Business Sales Manager will be responsible for selecting, supervising, developing and motivating a team of Small Business Direct Sales Representatives.  The successful candidate must have a minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience in a leadership/supervisory experience in a direct sales and/or customer service / business environment.
