The Sales Manager will be responsible for working closely with the technical sales engineering team to plan, create, and implement sales & marketing programs. These programs will include marketing, training, support, and performance metrics. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for a sales quota and as such, forecasting, reporting, and delivering to quota. The successful candidate will have innate relationship building skills and the ability to analyze and project sales performance. Initiative, collaboration, communication skills, cross-functional influencing skills, global teamwork, and cultural awareness are mandatory for this position.
