This month, Vanguard requested DG&A fill two vacancies of Vice President of Payor Strategy and Relations in both their Chicago and Phoenix locations.

The next Vice President of Payor Strategy & Relations will be responsible for working alongside the Corporate Vice President of Payor Strategy & Relations (Nashville), and executing the managed care strategic initiatives for Vanguard Health Chicago, or Abrazo Healthcare in Phoenix. Experience in designing, monitoring, and processing bundled payments for episodes of care is highly desirable. This position will manage the preparation, analysis, review, and projection of the financial impact of managed care third party contracts and terms. This senior-level position will work closely with all constituents to optimize reimbursement throughout the expanding Chicago and Phoenix Markets, respectively.
