Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Multicultural Marketing Director will work with corporate and local market teams to create the strategy and plans for the West Division to drive multicultural customer and revenue growth, focused on the Hispanic market segment. The successful Director will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating local market performance to support and guide execution of the plan. They must work closely with division marketing functions (MarCom, Product, Sales) to meet growth objectives, create and manage initiatives including promotions, incentives, training, and events that accelerate sales.
The Multicultural Marketing Director will provide corporate with West Division perspective on pricing, packaging and promotional initiatives. They must communicate corporate initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to the field marketing and sales organizations. Lastly, the Director will develop reporting and analysis to evaluate programs accurately for measured and constant improvement.
