DG&A Announces Placement of Adam D. Sisson, CPA with Allied Industries, Inc.

Allied Industries, Inc. (Allied) retained David Gomez & Associates (DG&A) in late February 2012 to perform an executive search for a Controller in North Hollywood.

Allied is a general contractor specializing in environmental remediation, environmental consulting and engineering, and construction services firm dedicated to providing professional, practical, and economical solutions to our client’s environmental and construction problems.

DG&A filled the position within 60 days with Adam Sisson who was previously the Director of Finance/Controller at Advanced Medical Analysis, LLC in Monrovia, California. At Advanced Medical Analysis, Adam managed the accounting department, warehouse department, and purchasing department. Adam is a sharp financial professional with highly developed skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, acquisition modeling and due diligence, bank relations, cash management, financial planning & analysis, operational management, royalty calculations, and software implementations. Adam enjoys team building and managing professionals to improve processes, create efficiencies and enhance performance. 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Adam will perform and supervise the day to day general accounting functions and operations of a professional engineering, environmental remediation, and construction services firm. He will use cost accounting principles to make Allied more cost efficient. 

Don received his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Masters of Public Affairs at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Adam received his Award in Accounting at UCLA and his CPA in California. Adam’s strong educational background combined with his progressively responsible experience in financial administration and accounting gives him the ability to develop and implement business objectives and strategies.
