As a senior leader for the Abrazo Leadership Team, the Vice President of Human Resources will advise the Market President on strategic human capital issues and opportunities while anticipating and addressing enterprise risk factors related to talent management. The VP of HR must develop and implement the HR strategic plan for the Market in collaboration with senior leaders to ensure alignment of people initiatives with regional objectives and business unit plans. The hired candidate will take on full responsibility for championing and leading the planning, communication and action planning process in support of the Gallup Q-12 Employee Engagement Program.
